FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Select the Co-Ops below you would like to join.
Co-Ops range from as little as $1 up to $2000.
We're serious about helping our members
not only survive but thrive - together!
2.) Purchase four money orders for the Co-Ops selected, making one payable to each member listed on the current primary benefit flyer below.
Some members prefer to send cash, especially
for the lower-level Co-Ops.
3.) Purchase the corresponding postage stamps for each of the members listed on the flyer for
each of the Co-Ops selected.
4.) Mail ALL funds AND postage stamps to the MONITOR at the following address for distribution
to the other members - savings you time & $$$.

Upon receipt of all the funds & stamps, the Monitor immediately distributes the applicable funds and stamps due to each qualifying member for each
Co-Op selected by the giving member.
